What is Caribbean At Heart?

Caribbean At Heart is a Caribbean-inspired lifestyle brand created for island people, diaspora families, second-generation Caribbean kids, travellers, and culture lovers who carry the Caribbean close.

Our products celebrate culture, family, food, music, heritage, humour, and everyday island pride through apparel, gifts, drinkware, bags, and lifestyle pieces.

Who are Caribbean At Heart products made for?


Our products are made for anyone who feels connected to the Caribbean, whether you were born in the islands, grew up in the diaspora, have Caribbean family roots, visit often, or simply love the culture. If the Caribbean lives in your heart, you belong here.

Is Caribbean At Heart only for people from one island?


No. Caribbean At Heart is a pan-Caribbean brand. We celebrate the shared beauty, rhythm, roots, and joy of the Caribbean while respecting the unique flavour of each island and community. Many islands. One heart.

What kinds of products do you sell?


We offer Caribbean-inspired graphic t-shirts, baby bodysuits, toddler and youth shirts, mugs, tumblers, travel mugs, aprons, tote bags, weekender bags, and lifestyle gifts. Our collections are designed for everyday wear, gifting, travel, family moments, and cultural celebration.

How do I choose the right size?

Every apparel product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements, we recommend comparing it against a garment you already own and love the fit of, rather than relying on your usual size label alone, since fit can vary between styles.

Do you offer matching family outfits?


Yes. Several of our designs are available across baby, toddler, youth, and adult styles so families can match for vacations, reunions, birthdays, photoshoots, festivals, or just because. Look for matching options in our Family Matching Sets collection.

Can I pair items across different collections?


Yes. Many designs are created to mix and match across collections. For example, a Caribbean Men t-shirt can be paired with a matching mug, apron, travel mug, or tumbler from our Caribbean Kitchen or Travel & On-the-Go collections. It is a simple way to build a thoughtful gift set.

Are your products good for gifts?


Absolutely. Caribbean At Heart products make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, baby showers, family reunions, holidays, housewarmings, vacations, teacher gifts, and just-because moments. They are made for people who love meaningful, culture-filled gifts with personality.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns

What are your standard U.S. shipping rates?


Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

How long does it take for my order to ship?


Most Caribbean At Heart products are made especially for you. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

How long does delivery take?


After your order ships, standard U.S. delivery is usually 3–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7–12 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. That way, you can follow your little piece of Caribbean joy on its way to you.

My order has multiple items, will they arrive together?

Not always. Because different product types (apparel, drinkware, bags) are made and shipped separately, items in a single order sometimes arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each shipment.

What is your return policy?

Because our physical products are made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind (wrong size selected, changed preference, etc.). However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it or refund it (see below).

My order arrived wrong, damaged or misprinted, what should I do?

If we sent you the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, reach out and we'll sort it out, no hassle.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@caribbeanatheart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address on the shipping label. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Care & Use

How should I care for my graphic apparel?

To help your design stay looking fresh, wash inside out with similar colours, use mild detergent, and avoid harsh bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry when possible. A little care goes a long way.

Are the mugs and drinkware suitable for everyday use?

Yes. Our mugs, tumblers, and travel mugs are designed for everyday sipping — from morning coffee and tea to water, cocoa, smoothies, and desk drinks. Please check individual product details for any specific care instructions.

Are your mugs and drinkware dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However our travel mugs and tumblers are hand-wash recommended to protect the print and insulation and should not be placed in the microwave. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Caribbean At Heart tote bag or weekender bag?

To keep your Caribbean At Heart bag looking its best, treat it with a little care and it will be ready for all your everyday adventures.

For regular cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, soaking, or machine washing, as these may affect the colours and printed design. Allow your bag to air dry naturally.

When not in use, store your tote or weekender bag in a cool, dry place and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods. With the right care, your bag can continue carrying your essentials — and a little piece of Caribbean joy — wherever you go.

Are aprons suitable for cooking and grilling?

Yes. Our aprons are great for cooking, baking, grilling, meal prep, serving, and family gatherings. They help protect clothing while adding a little Caribbean personality to the kitchen or cookout.
