At Caribbean At Heart, every piece is made with care and created to bring a little Caribbean joy your way. We want your shopping experience to feel easy and reassuring from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing

Our products are made especially for you. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery times after shipment are:

United States: 3–5 business days

Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States may require an additional 7–12 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary because of customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect the final delivery time.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Caribbean At Heart cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
